This studio is the first studio you see upon entering the premises. Situated at the upper level of the premises, it has its own terrace and a king size bed. It is named after the olive tree placed directly opposite from the main entrance.

It has wide windows which place you in direct contact with nature. Offering a panoramic view to the sea, you can relax sitting inside or outside on the balcony.

With its practical but at the same time minimal architectural solutions it is self-contained combining in 35m2 its own bedroom, kitchenette, dining facilities and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities.

The exquisite lighting design adds to the ambiance of the atmosphere adding shades at the natural stone and bare concrete.

The bed is metal hand made from Panoas, a local blacksmith and friend.
The woolen wall tapestry hanging at the head of the bed, is made in the old Tsakonian traditional way of the local weaver's workshop.

Voukamvili (Bougainvillea)

Studio with a sea view, double bed

Walking towards the second level you find on the left the studio named after the Bougainvillea that climbs its wall. As all the upper studios, it offers a panoramic view to the sea from inside, through its wide windows, as well as the balcony, placing you in direct contact with nature.

With its practical but at the same time minimal architectural solutions it is self-contained combining in 35m2 its own bedroom, kitchenette, dining facilities and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities.

The exquisite lighting design adds to the ambiance of the atmosphere adding shades at the natural stone and bare concrete.

The bed is metal hand made from Panoas, a local blacksmith and friend.
The woolen wall tapestry hanging at the head of the bed, is made in the old Tsakonian traditional way of the local weaver's workshop.

As it is the part of the semi detached building, it can be used either independently or in combination with Stafyli to accommodate friends or family without any disturbance dew to the sound proof construction.

Stafyli (Grape)

honeymoon suite, the studio with the most exclusive sea view, king size bed or two single beds

Placed at the right part of the resort, Stafyli is the studio with the most delightful view.

All the upper studios with their wide windows place you in direct contact with nature. However Stafyli being at the outer part of the building brings you one tick closer to the sea whether you are sitting inside or relaxing outside on the balcony.

A terrace to chill out welcomes you at the entrance of the studio which can be shared with studio Voukamvili.

With its practical but at the same time minimal architectural solutions it is self-contained combining in 35m2 its own bedroom, kitchenette, dining facilities and en-suite bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities.

The exquisite lighting design adds to the ambiance of the atmosphere adding shades at the natural stone and bare concrete.

The bed is metal hand made from Panoas a local blacksmith and friend and can be changed alternatively into two single beds. The wall tapestry is made in the old Tsakonian traditional way of the local artistry.

Lemoni

the architect's favorite, studio with terrace, king size bed or two single beds

Lemoni is part of the lower level of the premises with access to the garden. It is the lower floor of the first building however you won't realize the connection since it has a sound proof intermediate construction.

The consistent exposed concrete construction as well as the large ceiling make it the architect's favorite.

Although the view to the sea is not as panoramic as from the studios situated at the upper level, the terrace pays off with its direct access to the garden, next to the small stream, placing you directly in nature.

This studio was renovated in 2018 expanding it with an extra room adding to the facility a studio suitable for families or small group of friends. It is the lower floor of the semi detached building however you won't realize the connection since it has an intermediate sound proof construction.

Together with Lemoni it is part of the lower level of the premises placed directly with access to the garden. The terrace brings you practically in nature since it is directly in the garden next to the small stream.

This 40m2 Studio apartment with its practical but at the same time minimal architectural solutions, is self-contained combining in 40m2 its own bedroom, kitchenette, dining facilities, an en-suite bathroom and an extra bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and cooking facilities.

The innovative lighting design adds to the ambiance of the atmosphere adding shades at the natural stone and bare concrete.
